Prior to this evening’s event, family and friends gathered in Dalkey for some lunch and a pint or two. Guiness is pretty much the dominant brand and I’m starting to develop a definite taste for it’s creaminess.
The main impetus, of course, for this trip is the 50th wedding anniversary of my spousal unit’s aunt and uncle. This is a sit down affair with family attending from England, France and Canada…many of whom haven’t seen each other for a decade or more
